We provide a thorough review of any loss location as a part of our full service offering.  Damage assessment plays a vital role to accurately consulting clients on the necessary course of action, be it demolition, mitigation or repairs needed. 

During our site inspections we utilize various tools to efficiently and accurately document the condition of the property and damages sustained. Site documentation is crucial to any consulting or estimating service.

After assessment and documentation are complete, we compile all recorded information, provide professional opinions/reports and generate comprehensive estimates via Xactimate.    

We offer conflict resolution services as it relates to insurance claims via expert review/witness, appraisal or umpire services. 

We offer lidar camera scanning of any property with the use of our iGuide camera. There are various products available via this scan from simple 2D floor plans to full 360 location tours and Xactimate ESX files. 

This service would include a site visit to your property, iGuide 360 scan of the entire interior and exterior, and a roof inspection via drone overview (where permitted). This package will include all the documentation of pre-loss conditioning via 360 tour link for 1 year (renewable upon request), 2D floor plans, electronic Xactimate file and photo reports.
