Matt Roux - CEO/Principal Consultant
I have worked in the construction industry in some form or fashion for 20+ years. I started at 16 building homes from the ground up where I learned all the core concepts of construction and later progressed into the commercial space performing repairs or renovations. Over the last 10+ I have worked on the insurance side of the industry where I have gained a great deal of experience in all areas of the restoration process, from claims representation to catastrophic reconstruction management. I have gained practical and professional skills to impartially evaluate and communicate about losses, their specific needs, and progression with all parties to an insurance loss.
Having been the contractor and project manager for various projects through the years, I have firsthand experience in the damage assessment process, what repairs will be required to restore the properties to pre-loss condition and how to proficiently estimate those repairs and the potential for increased compliance cost of construction.
Camden Roux - Associate Consultant
As student of Architecture and Engineering, Camden has learned the details to a building needed to provide our clients with accurate estimates or recommendations for repairs. Working alongside other insurance industry professionals he has learned the industry need for quality workmanship and care when helping during disasters large and small.
Camden has become well versed in utilizing technological advances in our trade to not only better document losses but also increase speed and accuracy of our estimating process.
Isaiah Roux - Mitigation Consultant
Isaiah's first hand field experience in water, fire and storm damage restoration allows him to provide damage assessments and communicate the needs related to the beginning stages of restoration. This practical application consulting approach in mitigation/restoration services allows us to accurately consult on losses of ranging magnitude.
