Matt Roux - Founder / Principal Consultant
I have spent over 20 years in the construction industry, starting at 16 building homes from the ground up and later moving into commercial repairs and renovations. For the past 10+ years, I’ve specialized on the insurance side of the industry, gaining extensive experience in claims representation, restoration management, and catastrophic reconstruction.
Having worked as both a contractor and project manager, I understand the entire damage assessment process and what it takes to restore properties to their pre-loss condition. As a licensed drone pilot, I combine traditional expertise with advanced documentation tools to provide thorough, accurate evaluations.

Camden Roux - Associate Consultant
Camden has a background in Architecture and Engineering, giving him a solid understanding of building systems and construction processes. This expertise allows him to provide accurate assessments, detailed evaluations, and practical recommendations, helping clients and insurance partners make informed decisions.
Through his work alongside other insurance industry professionals, Camden has developed a sharp eye for quality workmanship and construction details — essential skills for evaluating properties and identifying needs accurately.
He is also proficient in leveraging modern technology to document properties and streamline estimating and reporting, ensuring all findings are clear, precise, and actionable. Camden’s goal is to provide reliable consulting guidance, helping clients understand the scope of work and make confident decisions at every stage.
Isaiah Roux - Mitigation Consultant
Isaiah brings hands-on field experience in water, fire, and storm damage, giving him a practical understanding of building systems and loss evaluation. This background allows him to provide thorough damage assessments and communicate clear, actionable guidance during the early stages of a loss.
His consulting-focused approach to mitigation and restoration ensures that every project — large or small — is evaluated accurately and efficiently. Isaiah’s goal is to help clients and insurance partners understand the scope of a loss, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence.
